A little background to me. I'm 43. Iv'e just jumped back onto my fit journey 4 months ago after letting myself go for so many years. I'm 6 foot and 4 months ago was weighing 88kgs and lol not of lean muscle, it was many all fat and it all sat between the chest and mainly waist with ugly love handles. So I joined the gym and cleaned up the diet 4 months ago and now weigh 72kgs and becoming skinny fat. Like building strength and leaning out but struggling with flabby stomach and love handles.
My gym work out consists of 6 days a week 3 days upper body and 3 days legs as I have pigeon legs lol.
My diet is now clean as. I IF pretty much 20/4 so I only really eat between 5pm to 9pm and do not stave and still have plenty of energy in the gym. I'm following a ketogenic diet, high good fats, good amounts of protein with carbs only really from green veggies and feeling great.
I'm really interested in trialling sarms and I don't have the balls to try steroids.
My question to you (finally lol) when should I consider using sarms and what would be the best stack for my age and body type.
