I also know that the metabolites are whats detected but how long do they last in your system? Any thoughts?
There is no sure answer to that. In the industry each sarm seems to have a different detection time and the methods of detection are unclear. There are too many variables to sarms detection times that's why we haven't figured it out yet.
If you have a blood test comming, I would take a month off - a friend of mine was getting tested, and with one month break he was fine, as nothing was detected. Therefore, if you need to pass a test, count for a minimum of 1 month.
