SARM Dosages Quick Reference Guide

I can't take credit for this because it's Dylan's info but I want to make it available as a sticky for a quick reference guide for members.

Here is how you dose every SARM.

*1-12 (wks) GW-501516 (CARDARINE)*
20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

*1-12 (wks) RAD140 (TESTOLONE)*
20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

*1-12 (wks) YK-11*
10mg per day split doses. (5mg a.m. and 5mg 6-8 hours later).

*1-8 (wks) S23*
20mg per day split doses. (10mg in the a.m. and 10mg 10-12 hours later).

*1-12 (wks) MK677 (NUTROBAL)*
25mg day dosed once a day in the p.m.

*1-12 (wks) SR9009 (STENABOLIC)*
30mg per day split doses. (5mg 2-3 hours apart).

*1-12 (wks) LGD-4033 (ANABOLICUM)*
10mg per day dosed once a day in the a.m.

*1-12 (wks) S4 (ANDARINE)*
50 mg per day split doses. (25mg in the a.m. and 25mg 4-6 hours later).

*1-12 (wks) MK2866*
25mg per day first two weeks then bump to 50 mg per day. Dosed once a day in the a.m.
