Hey guys, earlier this year I ran lgd for 12 weeks alone and had pretty decent results. I'm looking to add to that and was wondering what would be better, s4 or rad. I'm always looking to add mass, and obviously get my bf% down all little also. At the same time, I'm not trying to spend $400 a month. My stats are: 37 years old. 6ft. 180lb. Bf% 14.
