In recently started watching your videos and they are super informative and I appreciate them that being said
Started my first cycle 5 weeks ago
250 test
25mg proviron
150 deca
I know dumb for the deca... as mentioned I didn't watch your videos till after..
That being said I'm not getting the benefits of joint pain reliefe (old shoulder injury) so I stopped the deca 1week ago maybe I didn't wait long enough but you scared me off of it anyways lol
Week 3 noticed some nipple sensitivity so started adex.25mg rod... has since gone away and stopped taking adex..
Also bumped test to 400 after stopping deca...
My question is am I screwed for stopping deca and should go ahead and stop test also and start over after pct and down time or am I ok to continue the 12 week cycle with test only? Should I do anything different since I took deca for first 5 weeks?

You need to get blood work.. I would stop your cycle. Your bodyfat is way too high man. And why stop taking your AI. It's obvious you're not prepared to run a cycle with the little knowledge you have.
 
you need to just stop and run pct bro... that's perfectly fine and the smart and safe thing to do...



when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... You're screwed because your Body fat is way too high and not running an AI.
 
With your BF % you're stockpiling estrogen like a boss. The fact you are uninformed about the proper use of an AI is also alarming. Nonetheless, I commend you for reaching out and being receptive to advice. I hope you sincerely consider taking the advice given to you and you take care of yourself.

Thanks for the replys.. will start pct asap.. Would like to say that I'm estimating bf, honestly probably closer to 10-14 I had checked it with calipers and I know those aren't very accurate it said 12% so I over shot it to be safe, what do you guys recommend bf being? Also have still been taking ai every third day ment to say stopped taking eod, either way thanks and will take you guys advice

My guy dosent offer aromasin... any direction to point me in or is it possible I can get by with adex since it's only been 5weeks?
 
Hey what body fat do u recommend I be below? I posted that I over estimated to be safe in what info I was giving you honestly I should be around 12% maybe still to much but no replies from anyone yet... also I'm not really trying to get cut up... yes that would be nice but really in it to put on some size... also I been working out 6days a week I eat clean and more than half of those days involve some kind of cardio not really sure how low Bf I can get without straight cardio and starving I appreciate the info thanks
 
12-13% is where you should be and you DO NOT have to starve LOL to get to that whatsoever.. you just have to learn how to eat and be consistent and disciplined in conjunction with added cardio... 4-5 days of cardio, 30-45 minutes per day...
