What are your personal preferences for pinning, will you take pec over quads?
I haven't done quads in a while since I've been off since January I think and just hopped back on. So I've only been hitting glutes alternating. I don't mind quads. I hit more of a top muscle vs the side where you see many people say to go.
Pec I've only done a couple times. That's a bit of a psych out spot lol.
