More detailed up date for who ever gives a shit. Ha
Sitting steady at 228. Shooting for 230 then 240 lean mass.

Diet is not super clean just really makin sure I eat enough cals n proteins.
Don't care to be super shredded just don't wanna be fat.

Training.
Lifting in goes from 10-18 reps. some shit I rep out just tryin to get big pumps. Lifting a 6 days a week. Also depends how much I'm workin.

As far as gear running robos test. I like it a lot. Running 250 twice a week.
Also running tren e from Paxton. 250 twice a week. Thinkin bout tryin some tren storm. And maybe bumping tren up.
Takin caber and aroma.

Other than that today's leg day with the lady gonna kill it. I'll keep y'all up dated and will post more pics when I take new ones. Anyone have any advise or opinions plz lmk. Always lookin to learn. Just tryin to be a monster

Because you said you want more size so I figured something was stopping you from getting meals in and I figured it was the tren. You've made progress on your back that's for sure bro. Much more solid. Hopefully the shit that's going on comes at ease n u can get back on the grind 110% brother, u gotta hell of a good cycle on your hands from a good source.

Sitting just under 230. Full stomach I'm over 230.
Size is still comin slowly. Super happy with robo and pax. Goin to be running some tren storm. With in thin the next week.
Diet has improved.
