RickRock's winter BLAST/ORGAN ST log!!

Question. How are you liking the organ stuff that dylan has put out. Any feedback as i was going to do a log also but got busy and didnt feel right taking product if i knew i couldnt commit to keeping an accurate and consistent log. How is it working for you so far?

It's been working very well for me bro. I have it scattered a bit through the log and what it's doing for me. Basically things I've noticed so far with organ ST

Improved sleep. No restlessness at all, and much deeper sleep and feeling more well rested

Improved blood pressure. My bp normally runs on the low side, but rises just a little on cycle. My bp has been the same as off cycle bp

Better overall feeling. I've just had a better feeling than normal. I'm not real sure how to explain it other than I just feel very good each day with no lethargy and feel ready to take the day on.

Improved appetite. Normally on these compounds my appetite doesn't change, even though it does for some. This time it's increased for me which is helping at the moment to get my calories in

Lately i have gained some water and carb bloat because of my high carb intake, but this does give me less water retention and staying more dry overall compared to without. I noticed that it's helped some with stay dry with some of the natural diuretics in it, particularly the day after a high sodium cheat or something.

He's lying he had more than 385 I was there lol. Pretty sure I spotted or recorded. Also this is the kinda stuff I like to see. All the research on deca it really is something I want to run. It's the compound most inline with my goals by a long shot.

Yep bro, you did spot me on my 385 lift. It went up easy so I probably should have tried for more the next week but never got around to it lol

Yeah problem is though when you work on going for a max it kinda messes with your session. I've got a certain way I do things when going for a max that's way different than my normal workout

Sounds awesome. I need to get some

Agreed. That's why I only go for a 1RM maybe once or twice during a whole cycle. Otherwise I go no lower than 3 reps when going heavy

awesome! one thing i wanted to make sure was that there was a lot of water control in there as well... thats a huge deal with it and a major major benefit that is not often brought up

Had a pretty damn good back and bicep workout today. Increases on all my lifts with some nice progression. This was on about 4 hours of sleep due to getting home last night late from being at my wife's Christmas party for her work. On top of that, I gave blood yesterday at my regular 8 week mark. Especially importamt right now being on EQ.

Everything has been going well and I feel great. I've had a few treatments on my back and even that is stsrting to feel a,lot better

Push 1B

Lat Pull down (machine) 150, 180 warmups, 260×9×4×2 (+2 reps rest pause)
Cable rows- 150 warm up, 230x10, 240x9 (+10 lbs)
EZ bar preacher curls- 65 warmup, 110x9x4x2 (+5 lbs)
Reverse grip single cable curl 62.5x10 (+1 rep)

Your workouts always make me think I'm over training. Next week I'm going to switch it up a bit and try your method... I always seem to find myself using the same weights for weeks even though I try to hit 5 sets at each station.

Workouts are quick but intense. I'm in and out of the gym in about 40-45 minutes. I honestly love this style of training. It works very well for me, and I respond great to low volume high frequency training

So are these 2 per workouts per day? What’s your recovery regimen look like?

Great log RR , in for the following of the high. Mg of Deca. Seems like a good mix with the Nandrolones. Good Luck !!

Well, everyone has their own training methods that work for them. I just respond way better to low volume training. I like to hit it hard and heavy and make sure I best my previous numbers. My workouts are short and sweet. About 40-45 minutes tops and I'm done

No defnitely not two workouts per day. It's 5 workouts per week and each session is about 40-45 minutes long. I detailed all of this at the beginning of my log

Things have went decent lately, but to be perfectly honest I'm a little bothered by the amount of water and fat I have put on. There's a bit of muscle there too, but any extra unwanted weight drives me crazy. So,etime soon here after the new year, I'll probably be adding the cardio in and trying to tighten up more. Ideal ready started tightening up the diet a little bit which has helped. I was right around 200 and already I've dropped a little water weight and fat and I'm around 196-197 now.

I continue to get stronger, but this disc problem in my back is really putting a damper on some exercises. I do my best to work around it, but it can affect a lot of things that you wouodmt even think....like standing BB curls, and a lot of my heavy DB movements because things like flat, inline, and shoulder presses take a lot of work and strain in my back just to get into position. I dropped the 110s the other day before I even started. Went to pick them up and my back just felt like I got stabbed so I let them go, and said enough of that. Some days are better than others, but those bad days I just have to alter my exercises. Still grinding out and doing what I can to get bigger and stronger by the day

im sorry to hear that brother... fucking back man... i found a GREAT person to work on mine here and he does disc work really well... they have a special machine, like a drop table but it does a swaying machine and i guess they only have a limited amount around but it truly helps.. i swear to you, after i had hernia surgery i was holding water for MONTHS bro, MONTHS.. it just now finally started to get back to where i was and even better but it was fucking wearing on me mentally... its a common problem after surgery but i have also been running again as opposed to just elliptical and stair climbing... 6 miles per day, 5 days a week so that has shredded me back down really nicely... kick the cardio up to your ability with your back and mix it up... you know what to do, i dont even need to tell you but you know it will come right off.. always here if you need me brother

Thanks brother, that means a lot. I knew you'd understand and could relate with both the back issues and the water retention, so you know how much both those things can put a damper on things to us mentally. I appreciate the support brother! Next week I have a nerve block done on my back to at least kill the pain for now which is what's making workouts and daily life difficult....so Once I get through the holidays, I'm really going to get my head in the game and get back to doing what I know I can do giving it 100% hopefully. I know I haven't given it 100% lately and it's my own damn fault. I've let this whole issue with my back destroy me mentally, and as a result others things have loosened up like my diet, etc which in turn makes things worse because I start adding more fat and water than I want.

It just goes to show that no matter who you are, and where you are at, you'll still have your down and weak moments. We are all human. Just have to pick myself up and push on through it. I'm determined that by the end of this cycle I'll be looking better than I've ever been come hell or high water!

i have no doubt on that bro, none whatsoever... every one of us is human and we all have slippage in moments of weakness but the important things is that the successful know it, call themselves out and fix it right away, which is what we both always do... you will be better than before once you get it back going again

Totally with you on the psychological and physical effects of back issues, I have a ruptured disc myself and just yesterday tweaked it doing squats, probably happens at least 2-3 times per year and can really put me into kind of a depressed state that throws me off track... I’m trying to do everything to avoid surgery at this point. Hang in there bro, you’re not alone!
