Id run 12.5 eod for 2 weeks but I wouldn't say this will necessarily fix your problem but only bring your estrogen down. At this point its pure speculation as to what
Could be causing your low libido but me personally I would address the higher estrogen even either way. Some feel better in the lower range for estrogen others feel better with levels close to the top end of the spectrum. You are a little higher than that.

So now I need to down my estro using exemestane(aromasin). Then check the aqain blood report after 5 to 6 weeks and how do I feel?

I'd only get more bloodwork if I still didn't feel well. If I started to feel okay again I wouldn't get the bloodwork but that's just me.
