Recomp Cycle

After years of lifting and some AA's experience, I always have the goal of decreasing body fat I did it, but as I'd like to... I think I might lack muscle mass and that's why. To add on this I lost some muscle mass because I'd a surgery and I'd to stop training couple years ago, but I am back on track in this last 2 years.
In the past I tried to gain muscle mass (always having a good diet), but I gained too much fat in the process.. My genetics aren't the best ones.
I was looking to do a recomp cycle. I was thinking Test+T-bol, but I might add more but I am not sure and I'd like your help in dosages, lenght and compounds.

Age Lifting: 10
Height: 5ft11
Weight: 152lbs
Bf%: Around 15%

Bro, first I'd like to,ask you what your diet looks like. There seems to be obviouos holes there that need addressed, especially if you've been lifting that long and are 152 lbs. Diet is the key to EVERYTHING, and Recomp especially, considering it is the hardest thing to do in bodybuilding

Based the information you provided I think it best that you go with SARMs versus AAS. Listen to this with an open mind, understand no insult is intended. After 10 years of training (which is, but isn't a long time) you have admittedly not achieved your goals in full. You are back on track now and that is admirable because so many after a lapse involving surgery especially fail to come back to the lifestyle so I commend you for that bro. I don't quite see how you had a good diet, but managed to 'gain too much fat in the process'. That seems physically impossible to do, perhaps your meals were healthy and yet your consumption amount was excessive? Only you know the answer. So lets explore some options... listed below is a highly effective SARMs stack made by SARMSX (the only brand of SARMs The 44 fucks with based upon my personal satisfaction and experience with them as well their solid reputation) called the Triple Stack. I provided links to the 8 and 12 week cycles and mini PCT since pricing is different. I do however recommend 12 weeks for you to help establish a more solid platform from which to build upon before AAS consideration. Considering your height, weight and current bodyfat guesstimate I cannot in good conscious suggest an AAS cycle for you as you are somewhat underweight and your BF% is probably realistically 2% higher than what you imagine minimum. There is no need to risk elevated BP, excessive water retention and joint issues... plus you never mentioned your age so without knowing your true age I cannot say what might best serve you fully. The important thing here is that you have a goal and the means to accomplish them thru hard work, exercise, diet and access to SARMs to assist.

For the ultimate recomp, its lgd/S4/Sr/Rad/Osta/gw

Although I'm strongly debating going to 30mg on rad, since its a recomp

i agree with everyone else in a major way... i cant see anything that says you should be using steroids whatsoever... it does not make sense right now... if your not familiar with sarms, start with my articles here... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators

here is a stack that is very ideal for you... it is the ultra recomp stack... here are the links for everything you need followed by the layout...
