I was wondering if someone could generate a recipe sticky where people could post their favorite muscle building recipes? I do like to cook and I realize that just because it's healthy doesn't mean it has to taste like shit!
For instance, I can't just eat tuna out of the can but I know how good it is for you. So I took 3 cans of white tuna, two large avocados, 1/2 an onion, a can of drained rotel, some cilantro, lime juice and garlic. Mixed it all together and loved it. Now I can eat all the tuna I need.
I get tired of eating the same thing over and over. I'd like to see some other recipes for meeting their macro counts.
