Stets here is the best way to start with the ECA.
1 bronkaid (20mg ephedrine I believe)
1 caffeine pill (200mg)
1 baby aspirin (81mg)
Take that in the am. I took it with breakfast basically. See how that feels for a week or so. If you want a little boost through the day, take 1/2 bronkaid and 1/2 caffeine pill midday (noon or lunch time).
You can also take 2 aspirin in the am but I wouldn't take any more than that through the day. You might want to skip a day or two here and there. Like 5 on 2 off. Or 3 on 1 off. Just play with it to find what's best for you. I read of some people doing like 2 weeks in and 1 week off. But that wasn't good for me. Made me feel weird.
