I know of suggested recipes but never did it myself. I bet Dylan, Rick or Jack would know exactly what to do. ECA is one thing that never hit my radar really. I cant do stims.

I ran it on my last cycle and I didn't get bronk aid cuz they were out of it buti got Primatene

That's what I'm taking right now. Bronk aid any kind of caffeine pills will do could be no doze or vivarian or store brand of caffeine tab 200 mg and aspirin I usually take ref strength 325 mg. just make sure it's coated

1 of each is what I took I think you can take 2 caffeine pills. I just dosed them as usual before the gym yes. mine was in the morning with my sarms
