Hey how's it going Gemelli. was on the web looking for info on steroid use and came across your website. Really like the way you have it set up.... I'm interested in beginning taking steroids and wanted to know if you could give me some advice. What's your schedule like? Workout wise. I'm 27, 5'7 130lbs. I look like a kid lol. I'm pretty healthy, abs etc.... I really want to improve my physique, get bigger

that would be you learning how to eat first... your 130 lbs... you have to look malnutrition... post your daily diet and we can see what the problem is...
 
AAS is definitely not the approach you want to take bro.. You need to get your diet dialed in to grow. We can help you, you just need to take a step back and re-evaluate your approach to growing your physique. You can make some nice gains in your 20's, you just need to eat more
 
Thanks for the input. I'm pretty active, train Jiu Jitsu, run etc. I wouldn't say I'm malnutrition but I am thun. Just very lean, want to add bulk. I've always had a problem with eating. I usually eat 3 meals a day and a bunch of snacks in between. Nothing sugary. Ever since a kid I've had a problem with eating. As crazy as that sounds. I can't build the appetite to get 4 to 5 meals in me. Any advice from you guys on addressing this issue would be appreciated. Thanks again. Looking forward to the journey.
 
I usually have breakfast around 7, lunch 12 and dinner around 5. I don't feel hungry or anything like that throughout the day. I'll have some eggs, rice, vegetables and some soy milk usually for breakfast. Lunch will usually be chicken, rice veggies with water. Steak, rice, and I'll have homemade tortillas. Usually it's a pain to est after these three. I've tried forcing myself to eat but damn I can't do it. This is the biggest problem. My appetite.

You'll just have to keep working at it. I can assure you that over time your body will adapt and it will be easier to eat more, but you'll have to keep pushing yourself. It's not easy at first but it's completely necessary. Nutrition is the number one thing you need to do for growth. That is going to be 90% of all of it. You are a long way from being ready for anabolic steroids, but get that diet right,many maybe add in some sarms to help you out, and once you get a better foundation in the future we can go from there

I find that pre cooking a few meals of rice & chicken makes it easier. I also make my own shakes and load them with as many quality calories I can. Download my fitness pal for ur phone and track ur macros. You need to consume around 3000 calories daily. Perhaps someone else will help you calculate all that

Thanks Dirt, that seems like a way to make it easier. Gonna try and see if shakes will be easier to throw down. I'll keep posting progress
 
mk677 is something you may want to consider trying... it will really increase your appetite and help you to add the calories you need... if you don't learn and train yourself to eat right, you won't ever get the gains you are wanting to get...
