If you struggle to get in cal you should make your own weight gainer shakes if you can keep them cool like in a cooler bag you can add oats penutbutter egg whites protine powder milk of your choice and if you can't keep it cool add everything besides the egg whites have 2 a day that will help getting your cals up there...What kind of foods would you recommend slamming down to get near that amount? And how often should I be eating like every 2-3 hours? Being a student and on the go makes that a little tougher but I'm fortunate enough to be able to go out and buy the necessary foods I would need to eat on a consistent basis. So I'll try that. Getting in the calories has always been the hardest part
