Questions about first cycle (not dumb questions either)

What kind of foods would you recommend slamming down to get near that amount? And how often should I be eating like every 2-3 hours? Being a student and on the go makes that a little tougher but I'm fortunate enough to be able to go out and buy the necessary foods I would need to eat on a consistent basis. So I'll try that. Getting in the calories has always been the hardest part
If you struggle to get in cal you should make your own weight gainer shakes if you can keep them cool like in a cooler bag you can add oats penutbutter egg whites protine powder milk of your choice and if you can't keep it cool add everything besides the egg whites have 2 a day that will help getting your cals up there...
