To be honest I like bulking on 750mg test e, maybe throw some npp in the mix. If you don't want to pin too much you can switch out for equipoise like rick suggested. Personally I like a nice dose of test and a lot of clean foods. If I want a little more to the touch I'll throw in NPP. This helps pack on quality mass. (Keep the fancy stuff for when you're cutting) Remember diet is everything, diet is the major key. You gotta eat big to get big, brother. & don't skip legs hahha.
And you grow when you rest. Remember your body adapts. It adapts to workouts. It adapts to EVERYTHING. So I wouldn't worry about shocking the body with compounds. Instead id worry about shocking the body with different workout programs. (10x10, FST7, 5X5 etc), different meals, different resting periods. This will keep the body from adapting to whatever. And you will constantly grow steadily. I speak from experience. & just keep the intensity up by keeping resting per each set low, this will help keep the muscle under stress. I'm sure you know this. Just keep switching it up man. seriously gear is like a small percentage to your goal. Diet and training is where it's at.
As for SARMS I don't know much about them so I don't really have much of a say to that.
