Question on MK-677 - break period size?

After completing a one year us of MK-677, what would be the advisable break period before getting back on it again?

You could take a couple months. Should be fine. Might be able to go longer than a year but it's probably optimal to take a few months off for better effects. Just my opinion. You using Sarmsx?

You honestly don't really need a break to my knowledge, but the protocol I pretty much intend to follow is about 9-12 months on with 1-2 months off and repeat.
