I do a 14 cleanse using my ninja and a combination of spring greens, spinach, and different fruits such as bananas, blueberries, strawberries, mangoes, peaches and mixed berries. Usually 1 cup spring greens, 2 cups spinach, 1 banana, 1 cup each of two other fruits and two cups of water. You'll poop a lot, drop about 7 pounds by drinking two a day. Full of nutrients and anti oxidants.
