Exactly. There's nothing wrong with var. I haven't watched Dylans video but I'm assuming he is keeping it professional and addresses it in "general" to the public using paper facts. Var is popular and often used. Lots of guys love it. Lots of guys hate it. Everyone's body is different so it's up to each person to find out if they like it or not and how they personally respond to it. It's all personal opinions. The point to be made in this thread is that regardless, oral "only" cycles are terrible. Var or any other oral for that matter..
i am 32 years old, 180 cm, 82 kg and i do body building since 10 years with only whey proteine as suppl. my body is fit but i would like to gain some mass (3 kg of lean muscles) and some cutting.
first question: what is the right PCT after 6 weeks var only cycle for 40 mg per day ? Nolvadex 20 mg per day for 1 month is enough ?
second question: if i take var @ 40 mg per day and test cypionate @ 250 mg per week, would i get better results ?
third question: if i run only test cypionate @ 250 mg per week, would it be better than running anavar only cycle ?

Look bro...this is not my opinion, but pretty much fact, that any oral cycle is not good.Even Pfizer who made Var said this. This applies to ALL oral only cycles.

DrB sent me this this morning.
Anavar is a very popular anabolic steroid among performance enhancing athletes,esp track runners,sprinters,high jump,long jump etc. No conversion to estrogen a short half life that gets out of your system quickly and no dht problems. By looking at its therapeutic benefits, we should already have an understanding or appreciation as to what such benefits might be. While mild on its surface this steroid actually came with tremendous hype such as... "Anavar carries a massive anabolic that is 3-6 times stronger than testosterone. Anavar’s anabolic rating is 322-630, while testosterone, a powerfully anabolic hormone carries a rating of 100." This, my friends, would insinuate the muscle building properties of this steroid are tremendous; however, the rating does not translate into real life action quite like you might think. For the male athlete lifter, this will not be what we’d consider a premier bulking steroid; in fact, we’d call it weak for this purpose. But, its anabolic power will translate into a good cutting cycle of 100-150 test prop or cyp plus 40mgs anavar/day. This will help you hold on to muscle you have built while you begin calorie deficit. As we know, whenever you diet you also loose muscle UNLESS you have 2 things going. A mild or high anabolic and a high protein diet.
We will also find that the androgenicity of this hormone is rather low, making one of the friendliest steroids for female use.
So think of it as a mild oral that was manipulated to fight the liver ,although this was initially denied. It has now been proven that this very mild steroid will indeed hurt the liver.
Now again back to using this by itself. If you have been off cycle for 3 months or so and you want to cut using anavar only then go to the light dose, and go 6 weeks. Get into a 1000 cal/day deficit, and by 6 weeks you should have good results and can continue your efforts another 2 weeks or so without the anavar.
I am saying this because it is never wise to use orals only.They shut down your test, and can hurt the liver and leave you with no test.One good thing about Anavar is that it may not shut your test down since it is so mild, and maybe you will just have a little suppression that pct will fix right up. Now a lot of guys will not listen to this, so that is why I am telling you how to use it.
Most guys who have done several cycles and have a good grasp of steroids will not even consider Anavar, especially when there is winny. Who wants to take a whack at their liver for very little returns...can I see a show of hands?? I personally would never touch this stuff.

Test/Var for 6 weeks... not worth the effort to do let alone pct. A first cycle Test E for 12 weeks at 250 to 300 then pct. At that cycle there are many great examples of pct programs... usually clomid, nolva, aromasin (you should be on that during cycle too) and GW-501506 (Sarm). 4 weeks... pct. If you insist on Var as an added do no more than 6 weeks at the front or back of the 12 week test run. Liver support such as milk thistle or other broader based products are critical with var.

Got so slammed after the first of the year. Good to be back around. Hope all is well for you and your recovery is smooth. I am on another primo-test run by the way. Ran all the way up to 198 in late Oct. PCT then Sarms bridge which was outstanding. Cut to 182 and with the Sarms bridge back to 194. Trying to hold under 190 but failing.

The great Anavar debate on ISarms. LoL. To the OP you got to inject Test with any oral or the shit is going to kill the old dick for a while coming off besides other things. The Virtues of Anavar itself are debatable as this board are not big Anavar fans but love Winny, while other respected boards are huge advocates of Anavar and hate Winny. Either way if you decide to run Anavar do yourself a favor and get some T Cyp and run it with it, even at 200mg a week it will serve you all so much better,

Pct recommendation is always the same bro clomid and nolva 4 too 6 weeks depending on how long you were on cycle and what compounds . and anavar does suck for a guy my wife loves it but she only runs 20 mg a day so its afordable guys need 60mg plus too get shit from it and still pathetic and too top it off its expensive as fuck you would get way better results from winstrol and much cheaper but needs too be run with test . but your so adimitt about running a proper pct so you understant your testosterone production will be shut off but you dont see the need too add it .
I couldn't agree more with all of this jake. I'm not even sure why guys still use anavar at all to be honest
