Question About a friends cycle

Hey man I have been a long time watch of your content. I friend got me interested in how PED's work while i was training with him. I dont personally do any anabolics right now but my friend does and I think he is getting some bad "bro advice"

My friend is a 280 pound 6'2 strongman. His body fat is high but he has dieted down to visible abs without fat burners in several weeks before so i would estimate in the 20% BF range. He works an active job in the sun and sweats a lot, because of this he takes in 8-12 L of water a day along with electrolytes and is especially prone to intense cramps!

His goal is to maintain or increase strength with a priority on dropping useless fat weight.

His pre cycle blood work show all lipids, glucose, hemotology and hormones were in check with prolactin being in the higher end of normal and estrogen being on the lower end of normal.

My friend is an intermediate user that has ran multiple sarms and injection runs before.

He currently is on : for an expected 6 weeks
Test E 250mg 2x week
Winstrol 50mg 1x day
12.5mg Aromasin eod-e3d

with

25mg ephedrine 1-3x day
150mg caffine 1-3x day
81mg low ASA 1x day
10mg cialis 2x week
Green tea extract supplement

and

Fish oil
ZMA
D3
Tudca
Nac
Milk thistle
Yohimbine HCL 5mg 1-4x day (occasional to break from ECA)
Creatine mono 5g x day
Potassium, Taurine and Electrolytes as needed



and
xyrem (prescription GHB) for a sleep disorder


He wants to change the cycle over to: for an expected 8 weeks
Test P 100 mg 3x week
Tren A 100mg 3x week
12.5mg armoasin eod-e3d
Prami .5mg e3d - 1x week

with

Albuterol 2-4mg 2-3 x day (He tried clen after some bro science but never touched it after 2 days of no sleep, excruciating cramps, racing and shallow heart and anxiety at very low dose)
T3 12.5 mg x1 day ramping to 25mg day and possibly more if he buys into this bro science
Caffine 200mg 1-3x day
81mg low ASA 1x day
Yohimbine HCL 10mg AM fasted cardio, taken at least 3 hours before the other
GW 501516 10mg ramping to 20mg AM fasted cardio

and

Fish oil
ZMA
D3
Milk thistle
Green tea extract supplement
Creatine mono 5g x day
Potassium, Taurine and Electrolytes as needed

I have several questions

is 12.5 mg Aromasin enough for someone of that size, he has always had slight gyno but it has not noticeably grown?

Is this second stage of the cycle safe and are there anything you would change or tweak?

Are there too many fat burners or will this be too harsh on the cramps, sweats and heart aspect of things?

Is there anything you would add or replace in this cycle or split into 2?

He also has full pct ready to go (hcg, clomid, nolva, aromasin , armiedex , cialis, prami and ashwagahnda .)

Do you know of any negative interactions with cannibis or psilocybin mushrooms with any of these compounds, he mentioned going to a music festival and said he wanted to do mushrooms because "they are the only thing safe on roids bro"

When did strongmen start using winny? Seems u know an awful lot about his day at work.

As said above, bro is a 280 strongman. Strongman weightclasses are usually HW at 265 and LHW 242 ish. From what I said and what's up there the cycle he wants to run is a cut and he wants to avoid gaining any more weight. I'm not sure what weight class he is competing at but either could be doable.

Winstrol is very dry and decreases SHBG correct? If so what's wrong with taking it on a cut ?

The entire post was asking for advice for him and very detailed and the first 2 comments are on the fact a particular compound is used with no reason as to why it shouldnt be. Not sure what anyone gains from your comments bro lol
 
Nobody gains anything. Thats the point. I dont understand why so many grown men "askin for a friend!" Just ask your/themselves. Also always know so much about their days/workdays in detail. Odd! But that said, shrooms on cycle probably won't kill nobody HOWEVER, if "your friend" is that heavy and already having problems with cramping etc in the heat, probably not a good idea to go out IN THE HEAT(festival) and trip on shrooms. Asking for trouble in my opinion!

He knows every multi vitamin and everything he takes. I work out with my buddy and if you asked him what supplements/vitamins/etc, I take hed be like "uhhhhhh protein powder?"

Exactly! Just be real and say "I wanna know......" Right?! Im not losing my marbles here, right?
 
all im going to say is that there will be no issues with marijuana use or mushrooms... beyond that, im sorry but im not advising someone with that high of body fat anything on steroid use... i realize hes a strongman and is going to do whatever he wants and thats cool man, but that doesnt mean i compromise what i know is healthy and right from wrong when it comes to advising

Hey Dylan thanks for the reply! I just want to ask how this could be unhealthy?

Pre cycle bloods came back all completely in range (including liver and lipids) and blood pressure has not shot above 125 / 80 with 3x weekly checking.

If you don't advise this cycle what do you recommend? This guy is not nearly has heavy or as fat as you see some strongmen that boast about running grams of test and tren .

Keep in mind that cardio is done at least 30 minutes a day, strength sessions 4x weekly and he works an active job, the excessive fat is just from eating to continuously grow rather than an inactive lifestyle.

Love to know what specific aspects of health you would worry about so I can advise him about those rather than just say "some guys on the forums said dont"

also, i dont care what other "strongmen" do or boast about... just because someone does something doesnt mean its right or smart... so what someone else does, makes less than zero significance if they shouldnt be doing it
