That's exactly what I'm hoping for. I'm not afraid of putting the work in. I only have the two bottles of SR. By my calculations that will only last me 6 weeks. So, after the 6 weeks I think I'll get some more and some LGD, S4, and GW and get started on a proper cycle.im expecting some very nice results from this cycle especially after considerable amount of time off... this should be a good one for sure
Thanks brother, that's exactly what I'm doing. I'm definitely taking extra precautions to not injury myself again.I'm in to follow as well. Hopefully you catch back up. Take a couple sessions to ease into it. Would be a shame to catch another injury and put yourself out longer.

Yes, I completely agree that it's the best course of action. I'd really like to get back in shape as quick as possible, so I can get started on my second cycle.that's a very smart way of doing it... this is perfect to start the first 6 weeks and just focus on getting back into proper shape and form and that's about the right time for you to do it... then focus on raising the level and compounds your using... very wise bro
So, tonight finished up day 3. I still haven't noticed too much. I do know that I'm having no trouble completing my after workout cardio sessions. I don't know if this has anything to do with SR this soon or just because I'm only doing 20 minutes of fast paced incline walking. I am definitely out of shape when it comes to the iron, I hate it but I know it'll come back. I did 6 sets of pendlay rows tonight with 3 sets of dumbbell lat pulls, 3 sets of barbell curls 21's, and 3 sets of seated dumbbell hammer curls. I was pretty whooped after this. Towards the end I started to get severe cramping in my stomach. I didn't think I was going to be able to do my cardio but I just manned up and got to it. The cramps went away about half way through my cardio session. I'm getting better each day and with each workout, so I just got to keep pushing.
Oh yes, I know. I've ran lots of sarms cycles, just not SR. I just like to put everything out there in my logs. You are absolutely correct though, not injuring myself is my number 1 priority right now. So far everything has went well, other than my right shoulder feeling very weak, much weaker than my left. It is an odd feeling considering I'm right handed and my right side is always my stronger side.Well, it has been just three days in, so it is not surprising that you still don't feel too much of an effect. It usually takes me roughly a week or a week and a half till I really start feeling the good effects of SARMS. Everything is yet to come! Just take everything gradually in order to make sure the you won't get injured again.
Yep, hop on board buddy.Sounds like this is a great time for me to start following along!
That's awesome man. I've been really interested in trying RAD myself at some point. It sounds pretty incredibleJust placed my order for 10 bottles of RAD to use in the very near future. I can't wait to try RAD.
