Pure Essence SR9009 Log

I'm in to follow as well. Hopefully you catch back up. Take a couple sessions to ease into it. Would be a shame to catch another injury and put yourself out longer.

im expecting some very nice results from this cycle especially after considerable amount of time off... this should be a good one for sure
That's exactly what I'm hoping for. I'm not afraid of putting the work in. I only have the two bottles of SR. By my calculations that will only last me 6 weeks. So, after the 6 weeks I think I'll get some more and some LGD, S4, and GW and get started on a proper cycle.

Thanks brother, that's exactly what I'm doing. I'm definitely taking extra precautions to not injury myself again.

Yesterday was day 2 and not much to report, it was an off day at the gym.

Today starts day 3 and back to the gym tonight. Right now I'm just focusing on real high volume compound lifts with very short rest periods. Towards the end of February I'll probably switch to a more basic bodybuilding split and add in a 4th day. When I do that I'll change to a lower volume heavier weight workout. Until then, I'm just working on getting my muscle endurance and metabolism up. I'll report more after my workout.

So, tonight finished up day 3. I still haven't noticed too much. I do know that I'm having no trouble completing my after workout cardio sessions. I don't know if this has anything to do with SR this soon or just because I'm only doing 20 minutes of fast paced incline walking. I am definitely out of shape when it comes to the iron, I hate it but I know it'll come back. I did 6 sets of pendlay rows tonight with 3 sets of dumbbell lat pulls, 3 sets of barbell curls 21's, and 3 sets of seated dumbbell hammer curls. I was pretty whooped after this. Towards the end I started to get severe cramping in my stomach. I didn't think I was going to be able to do my cardio but I just manned up and got to it. The cramps went away about half way through my cardio session. I'm getting better each day and with each workout, so I just got to keep pushing.

keep it going bro its your body rejecting it but you gotta command that shit to fuck off!!!! you will get back to where you wanna be bro and you know you got us pulling for you

that's a very smart way of doing it... this is perfect to start the first 6 weeks and just focus on getting back into proper shape and form and that's about the right time for you to do it... then focus on raising the level and compounds your using... very wise bro

Yes, I completely agree that it's the best course of action. I'd really like to get back in shape as quick as possible, so I can get started on my second cycle.

Well, it has been just three days in, so it is not surprising that you still don't feel too much of an effect. It usually takes me roughly a week or a week and a half till I really start feeling the good effects of SARMS. Everything is yet to come! Just take everything gradually in order to make sure the you won't get injured again.

Oh yes, I know. I've ran lots of sarms cycles, just not SR. I just like to put everything out there in my logs. You are absolutely correct though, not injuring myself is my number 1 priority right now. So far everything has went well, other than my right shoulder feeling very weak, much weaker than my left. It is an odd feeling considering I'm right handed and my right side is always my stronger side.

Day 5

Just finished my leg workout. It was nothing crazy, as I'm still working my way back to things. I did 8 sets of hack squats to failure and 8 sets of lying hamstring curls to failure. My workout partner and I completed this in 30 minutes, so no bullshitting around. Afterwards I did 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill. I did a 5 minute warm-up and 20 minutes on 4.0 working my way up to 4.5 speed with a 12.0 incline. Then I did a 5 minute cool down. Now I know that this isn't much for cardio but seeing as how I'm out of shape I was very impressed with how easy I breezed through this cardio and workout tonight. I'm already 150% better than I was by the end of last week. I can't help but think that the SR is helping me with my cardio already because it felt so good tonight and felt like I could just keep on going. However, 30 minutes was good enough for tonight. I'll pick it up and progress a little more next week.

Also, next week I plan to cut my calories by a couple hundred. I've been two weeks at a steady 3100 calories. I just wanted to get back into my routine with my diet and now that I have been for a solid two weeks, I'll begin cutting down little by little every week. I probably won't go below 2500.

I definitely started noticing better endurance 1 week in on sr...just wait until next week man it keeps building.

Sounds like your killing your workouts! Keep it up!
