So im through my post cycle now and I gotta tell you I DO feel a lot weaker and generally fatigued as opposed to past pcts, probably due to the extended length of the cycle and what I was running at what levels. Getting bloods in two weeks. Ill update along the way with any changes

definitely anticipating the results brother... anytime you run extended cycles, you obviously know the recovery is much harder but you will get recovered and feeling great soon!
 
Well I dont have much to report. Not much of a notable chsnge in strength, size, or libido. Im hovering around 9-10% bf and overall down about 10 pounds since I finished my cycle. Feel pretty decent.. definitely weak though which is depressing. But I havent lost gym motivation and my diet is still decent. Could be eating more but im still getting about 2500 a day at least.

The real reason for this update is im going for blood work on jan 3rd and ill post results after they come in. Any chsnges before then will be logged.

Yeah. I mean ultimately im not a powerlifter so its not a huge deal... but who the fuck doesn't like pushing heavy weight??? I know I do.

Just going through my first week of my first pct, this log is extremely helpful for me to know what to expect. Great log!

bro if I can ever give you advice from a lesson learned is if you are going to do a SARMs bridge MK 2866 and GW stick to it, I slacked off and paid for it by a little weight gain, and endurance loss and overall feeling like shit. Now I will say my estro was elevated would the SARMs have helped that I have no idea and will never know now. so if your protocol was to do a SARMs bridge DO IT!!!

Oh yes its all in the works! Just made a PE order the other day. I'm currently running Dylan's protocol for PCT. I made a last minute decision on my training and switched into a high frequency type strength program. Numbers are going up so I'm really happy so far. As soon as my package gets here I'll be adding in mk-677 following up with the ultra super stack for a bridge. My weight is staying the same at 195 and I'm staying lean...I'll put up all the details in an upcoming log.

sounds perfect I look forward to what I missed out on in my bridge. but I will never know now. but you can bet your ass when Dylan says jump from now on I say how high!!!!
 
By the mirror I look virtually the same. Traps and shoulders are a little less pronounced but I like the way I look right now which is the most important part I think.
