Oh Lord. I come in here to wish you well and see that the thread went south... literally lol.

I hope everything gets worked out, brother. It's good that you caught this early, and now you can take the proper steps to keep yourself healthy!
 
Great topic - I do not have a problem with this now but I am always conscious that it can become an issue down the road. I have read where doing kegel exercises can also improve your prostate function and health. I'm only 34 though so...

Thanks brother... I'll try to get back on track... I'm seeing the dr again tomorrow... I just want to make sure I'm not doing any serious damage... Just trying to be responsible.

I'll look into that... I'm 45 now so that's probably why I'm having issues.... Just trying to be proactive and not ignore it
 
so Cbbram I can give you some feedback on kegel flexes. I love road cycling and well... while I have super nice shorts the seats we ride 100 miles or so on are not built for comfort. In practicing kegel exercises I found that it improved my ugh umm... "load" as well as my ability to urinate less frequently like none at all in the middle of the night or maybe once or twice. When I don't do them I can tell the difference as the act of ejaculating during sex becomes more of an ""oh no" to a more controlled - "I got this baby" kinda thing. I'm so scientific here lol
 
Robo can massage Ur prostate for u...but if both of his hands end up on Ur shoulders don't question it. Just go with it..it's for better health ;)

I do not think massage actually helps. However...hell yeah...I taught wifey a long time ago to get used to what it feels like.If there is ever a change she would know. Oh that was fun stuff. My aunt...drb's sister is an Internal med doc. Had her showing wifey how to it. Two of em.. in and out ,in and out. It was kind of fun at first but man after the 10th time I had enough. No more doube teaming jake!
 
I just saw the Dr and he prescribed 5mg Cialis daily and to report back in a couple weeks...

He did an exam and said it was enlarged slightly but no abnormalities... I didn't think to ask about massaging
 
I have to avoid all DHT compunds also because it just makes the situation worse. I'm also going to keep my test low and let other compounds shine and I think that will work for me. I doubt I'll ever go over 400mg of Test

Yeah I was happy that the doctor said no cause for alarm... Very common at my age

Good stuff bro, now you can focus more on making them gains ! Plus you now have that experience you may share with others if they happen to come across the same concerns,
