Prostate supplement?

Im trying to see if someone on here has tried or knows a good brand? .A friend of mine is having issues with his. (Prostatitis)

Saw Palmetto is the first place to start. I usually get Prostatitis a couple times a year. It's just something that happens to some of us and it'll go away with time.
