GUYS .... please keep your prolactin in check.
I was officially diagnosed with a prolactinoma. I couldn't figure out why I was losing size, strength and composition but was still gaining weight on a calorie deficit.
I was really pissed when I lost about 50 pounds on my dead lift. I didn't really lose much in other areas except the chest. Prolactin can really have some major effects there (think gyno stunting gains)
I'm on a 9 month supply of Cabergoline. Hope I see my numbers come back up and my facial hair come back. My body hair was falling out all over the place.
So.. I'm still on a PCP cycle to help keep my test up in normal ranges. I'm using GW everyday but that couldn't even stop some of the strength loss.
However, on the flip side,
I plan on doing S4, GW and LG for the next 12 weeks to blow past my PRs after I finish my PCP. I'll wait about 3 weeks and go harder than ever with that combo plus the Cabergoline to keep my prolactin in check.
