my age : 23 years old , height : 168 cm , weight : 68 kg , bodyfat : 20-25% My goal is increase Strength and muscle size and experience : 2 years of bodybuilding and i look like shit my strength is so low and my muscle size too actually i do cardio and fasting intermittent approximatly every day to loose fat and after that i'll rebuilt lean muscle mass with new diet , program etc
