Progess

For those of you who have read any of my post you know that I am disabled from a car accident in 2009. I will never be able to compete on stage in a body building contest dude to the damage to my lumbar spine and severe nerve damage in my legs. I was told that I would never walk again unassisted. This is a common story among people who suffer from severe spinal trama because I have heard of a lot of people who prove that medical science is no where near perfect at predicting the future. I have always been athletic with good genetics, a 28 in waist and I don't think I have been above 10% bf in my life. So I made up my mind that I would work with what I have left and keep the best physique I possibly can. Then a while ago I got the wonderful news that at 28 years old my testosterone levels where at 90ng/dl and felt like I was wasting away again with no motivation and no doctor who wanted to help me. So I made the decision to do my trt and get my body back. Here are some pictures of my progress from accident to now. I may not be anywhere near where some of you guys are but I feel like I have truly accomplished something. I haven't reached my goals by any means but at least for once in my life they are looking more and more attainable.

bro are you kidding me... what you have accomplished there is no comparison to what you see around anywhere... look at you in that bed... the fact your even walking and able to move around is a huge accomplishment in itself... to see such will and dedication is inspiring to me... fuck, i just got done with a nearly 3 hour workout and seeing this just makes me want to go right back for more... im so proud of what you have done and the fact that in your eyes, its just a start and you are taking this over and not taking no for an answer... i respect the hell out of that... thank you for posting this

What as amazing and inspirational story brother. That is one hell of an accomplishment, and is a real testament to your character, to never give up,mane always do the best you always can. You have overcome adversity when the odds were against you, yet still never giving up and pushing forward to be the person you want to be. Thank you for sharing this bro!

Wow brother. Very inspiring. Glad to see the Dr's were wrong. Keep up the good work. I can def see a difference.

I appreciate everyone's kind words from everyone! They mean a lot to me because they aren't words of pity. Probably the worst part of getting hurt is the pity from the people who feel sorry for you. So thank you everyone for all of the advice and help as a friend and fellow human being, instead of of feeling obligated to help the poor cripple. I get the most motivation to hit my goals from the people who give me the sympathetic smile. I love the looks I get from those same guys when I get my braces on and start lifting. That's what really makes it all worth it to me, aside from looking in the mirror and seeing someone who is healthier than the week before. I'm nowhere near where I want to be but I finally have gotten to, what I myself consider, respectable shape. Thanks again to everyone for the priceless advice and support!
