Hi Dylan and the boys, I Just got my Pre-cycle bloods done through privatemdlabs and had the "Steroid" option listed of items tested. But first allow me to tell you a little bit about myself. I am a 45 yr old male, 6 feet , 190 lbs, around 14% body fat, 15+ years of weight training with light cardio, Diet is clean for the most part with some cheat meals here and there. I listen to my body at times when I crave certain foods and am not as strict as I should be. I work out 3-4 times a week, 45 min. light cardio sessions followed by 1.25 hours of weight training with moderate to heavy weights.
I am not looking to get much bigger and want to get slightly leaner and add no more than 10 pounds of lean mass. I currently have a low Test. (189) total and been low for a long time, feel like crap most days with low energy and very low sex drive (libido). My pluming is fine as I use herbal boner pills and it works for me when I need to get the job done.
I did ONE 3 month cycle of Dbol and Sus 250, HCG back in my late 20's (don't remember how much of each) and had absolutely no idea what I was doing at the time with no PCT and it really screwed me up for years. I ended up with ED for over a year and gynecomastia surgery on both sides of my chest due to estrogen rebound after a couple of years and never been the same since although my liver and organs so far been OK.
* Let that be a lesson to all the younger guys who only think short term and don't worry about the possible negative side effects of doing gear irresponsibly.
I have a family history of high blood lipids and low thyroid hormone production.
I take 75mcg of T4 daily with several supplements some of which are as follows: MSM, Multi Vit., creatine, Coq10, Choline&inositol, L-Citruline, Fish oil, Mineral Complex, B-complex. and they keep me going.
Here's my question, I am ready to take matters into my own hands and start doing TRT at 250 Test. Cyp. a week divided into two doses, considering my test results what should I be looking out for and I am aware of the Lipids going even higher with TRT so gotta figure something out there. Obviously I am gyno prone so I need some help there with AI and would like to cycle on/off my TRT and not stay on for more than 12 weeks at a time. Any thoughts
