Man...I was VERY FAR from lethargic. ..I couldn't stop...ran it at least 4 times...same thing happens...I just want to destroy something. ..said terrible shit to my wife, almost lost my job...so yeah. ..I am abstaining

See, I've been there on deca; raging all the time, I couldn't leave the gym....tren though, although, no matter what I did, I was completely recovered by the next day...I was sleepy; with no rage, which I love in the gym...

Anyone ever have HCG cause bloating and swelling? I have used it on cycle religiously...never had too many issues with it. Tried a new brand this time and it seems like I have more swelling than normal...estrogen is in normal ranges according to bloods....thoughts?

Yes that is common you shoukd only run hcg at the tail of cycle and a week into pct.

Gotcha...yeah...that is my normal protocol...actually never ran it in the first week of PCT before but I see the logic there...I have run it for the entire cycle several times with no issues...but hey...first time for everything. ..it could be that the HCG i got this time is actual shit too...I'll drop it and see what happens...upping the masin to 25 just in case. Thanks

yes, hcg can definitely cause this... it will increase estrogen amongst so many other things and this is one of the MANY reasons why you should never use in pct.... i cringe at the thought of it being used in pct... hcg mimics lh and fsh... just like using testosterone on cycle... it causes suppression as it mimics natural production... the entire purpose of pct is to kickstart things, not continue to mimic them... post cycle is the period is where your body is relearning and jumpstarting... so tricking it further is about the worst thing you could do... not to mention the increase of estrogen, which is the last thing you want in pct etc... hcg has a place, a small one but does have a place but its right before pct, never during... its a great jumpstart to pct and will get you transitioning well but you never use during

Flat bench x 4 sets 450 up to 610 for 3x
Flat bench drop sets x 4 from 550 to 450 for 15
Flat bench half reps x 4 sets 250 to 520 for 4
Incline x sets 285 to 415 for 3
Wide chest x 4 sets 270 to 405 for 6
Dumbell pull overs x 4 sets 120 lb to 200lb for 4
Flyes x 4 sets no idea on weight forgot
Bench floor presses x 4 sets 285 to 455 for 5

lol fuck come on bro, gimme a break!! LOLLL i can cook with the best of them but im so regimented and disciplined on this that i do know where everyone would be coming from but i've figured out ways to enjoy my food at least... i know they are not ideal choices but its tried and true... =)
