Please give me sprint routine to add to my weight training to build mass

If you like sprints, my best recommendation is to do HIIT. Do like 30 seconds all out sprinting giving it all you have, then rest for about a minute then repeat for 15-20 minutes per session. Do not do sprints every day. This will tax the shit out of your CNS. Limit yourself to possibly 2-3 times per week

My brother ran track,100M, 200M, relay, and wide receiver in college. I sprint a good bit myself. It is hard for me to advise you not knowing what your experience is in running and sprinting.

Here is how I train noobs. On a circular 1/4 mile track we mark off 100 yards...not 100 meters. They sprint 100 yards and I time them.You can time yourself with a hand held manual stopwatch. So you sprint 100 and then walk all the way back to your starting point.Ok you just covered 1/4 mile. You run these until either you cannot make it to the end, or your time goes up by 5 seconds or more .Basically until you cannot run one more. You do this x2/week. As you get better you can pm me or zeke and we will change it up for you.
Right now zeke is running multiple 40 yarders, multiple 100 yarders, multiple 220 yarders, plus warms up with a 3 mile run.Little known secret here.All great sprinters who also did long distance running. Anywhere from a low of 3miles to a high of 10 miles 2x/week

Track sprinters have the biggest quads/hammy's on Earth damn near... sprint 100's. Try 6, then up the ante each week. I have my son do sprints and his quads are pretty bad ass'd.
 
We have a bike trail here ive gotten away from doing it but used too go too the bike trail it was marked off every 10th mile id sprint a 10th as fast as possible all out then walk at a good pace too the next one and co it again sounds easy but Id get about 2 miles out thats ten sprints and ten rests and be completely taxed and have too walk back
 
when i do sprints i mark off roughly 60 yards and i just shuttle run... i do sets of 10 or 15... run a sprint, turn my ass around, walk back, get right back on the line and do another and another and another... honestly i get a shitload out of it... generally, if im at a track, i do this then i go right to the stairs and get moving up and down sets of 10 but serious flights... sprint to the top, slowly come down etc... these are both HIGHLY effective...
