Please analyze the SH!T out of this bloodword

Yeah, I guess but its hard to accept that you have to lower the dosage :/

I have one pretty important question, and you can call me a noob for asking this but how the hell else am I going to learn? Since some testosterone always will aromatise (or whatever its called) to estrogen at some point, should you ALWAYS take aromasin 12.5mg eod when you are on test as a precaution?

I found out that my E2 levels were high by accident. I had no clue or any "feeling" that they were high, at least nothing that I noticed.

My point is this, how the hell do you know when to take an AI? I dont think even experienced veterans like many of you do bloodtests every week to tell how high your estro is, so how the hell do you tell? Do you just throw it in there whether its needed or not?
You always take an AI as a precaution on cycle....ALWAYS

All those feelings are just potential side effects, common to having high or low E2.

EG: You can have high E2 and not have gyno, or any other symptoms at all.

With experience people know how they 'feel' when going low or high, otherwise they do bloodwork just like you did to confirm it. No point in guessing when you can see for sure.

I've had mine way over hundred and did not have one single indication.

That's absolutely true. With higher estrogen there is no signs really until it's too late. That's just kinda how it goes

Many of them are actually interchangeable.

Tired eyesight / burning eyes
Hot flushes / blood pressure spikes
Dizziness
Lethargy and tiredness
ED/soft erections
Diminished orgasm/trouble getting there
Over urination
Under urination
Sore joints
Poor mood/irritability
Water retention/bloating

All of this exactly!

That's the problem with not having bloodwork. When estrogen is both high and low, a lot of the side effects and symptoms you experience (other than the obvious Gyno symptoms from being high) will be the same either way. So,it becomes a guessing game and speculation without the bloodwork to back it up
