Hey Guys I'm planning to do my first cycle need a little help.
My stats
Age- 20
Height - 6'0
Weight - 175 lbs
Body fat % - around 9 to 10%
So this is what i have planned
1-12 - 500mg of Test Cyp/Enanthate
9-12 - 50mg of Winstrol
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD throughout
Fincar - 0.5mg ed
PCT :
15-18 - 50/50/25/25 of Clomid
15-18 - 40/40/20/20 of Nolva
Exemestane - 12.5 eod.
I dont have access to a cycle assist in my country
I will be supplementing with COQ10 , NAC, and Liv52.
Now the reason im thinking of doing a cycle because i dont even feel sore in the gym now, I gained maybe 2 pounds of muscle the last year and gained a few pounds of fat and my nutrition was on point. I put in all this hard work to not see results and its very very depressing to a point i have suicidal thoughts. Its also affecting my work, my health and im always stressed out.
But whatever I want to do this the right way, in a healthy way, so i can do this for a long time.
What else should i supplement with to keep my bp and heart in check during cycle
and i have heard reports of joint issue with winstrol so what can i take to avoid that
I know many will say to drop the winstrol, i might as well but still...
aromasin dosage during pct?
Is it possible to drop a few pounds body fat and get to around 6-7% range when lean bulking on these compounds? or should i just focus on bulking and if it is possible how should i keep my calories.
I might just wait out for 1-2 months cutting down to that bodyfat range but im afraid i will loose muscle.
