Post injection pain. More common with certain compounds/esters or if the gear is poorly made.
It's the pain associated in an injection site after the injection. (Post injection pain)

Post injection pain... certain compounds, carrier orals etc. can cause this... its simply the pain you can feel after an injection, which at times can last for days dependent upon if you have made an injection mistake or if its just the oil and/or compound itself...
Or if you're pinning suspensions/bases as well there can be pip.
