You can get this ball at Target that you can either heat or freeze. Works great on PIP in some locations depending on the severity. Ibuprofen works best for me.

I just bought this today they are orange one ball has smooth edge other has rigid I put in the freezer for 6 hrs and roll the knits put

My Doc said I'm just pinning scar tissue now. Any site gets enflamed badly. But I'm 5 days out so Gotta make it work. Heat has been working. STOPPED ALL PAIN KILLERS they started bloating me.

How often are you pinning the same site? If you have scar tissue I'd recommend adding more sites in so things don't get pinned too often to create that scar tissue in the first place
