Howdy guys,
So I'm starting my cycle tomorrow. But I decided to go ahead and pin my 350mg test cyp tonight in my glute to get it over with. I didn't want to stress out all night long, so I just went for it.
Things went about how you'd expect for a first time. I was sweating, hands were shaking and I'm sorry to say that I made the stupid mistake of not swabbing with the alcohol pad before pinning. I realized this only AFTER the needle was in. Dammit!!! <sigh> Anyway, I'll hope for the best and do better next time.
Here are a few things I found notable about the experience.
1) No pain. In fact, I felt nothing. AT ALL. I could hardly believe it. All that worry for absolutely nothing.
2) It took a lot more pressure to inject the test than I thought it would. I went really slow and took my time. But wow...it took quite a bit to get it to go in! Is that normal? Also, I'm using these big 5cc syringes. In hindsight I should have probably got smaller since I'm only using 1.4cc of the 5. Could that have something to do with why it's tough to inject?
So I will be starting a cycle log tomorrow. Now that I have fumbled my way though my first pinning, I'm hoping the future ones will be less stressful and I'll do better going forward.
