Pin sites??

What about delts...is there like a limit on how much you can pin in one delt. 3cc too much?

I stick to 1cc with delts personally but I bet there's a few guys here that do more. Just start with 1cc and see how it goes.
 
I don't go more than 2ccs in my delts. But I'm sure other guys do more. I think some research needs to be done on how well the body absorbs hormones that are pinnned in the delts though. My father in law is a doctor and he's told me that his patients blood work numbers go way down when they switch from glutes or quads to delts. This is just one doctor and several patients, but something that should be kept in mind and maybe studied.
 
VG is honestly the best place for pinning in almost all regards. It's just a little weird doing it the first time.
You literally don't feel anything and you can dump tons of oil in there with very minimal pip. Also, it's relatively easy to get to and use both hands if needed.
I use a 25g x ⅝" for VG. I am horrible at one handed pinning so I typically stick with quads and VG for self injections.

Yep.. I just pinned Prop on Friday in my inner right quad by my knee. I either hit a nerve or it's infected. Either way.. I fucked up cause it hurts. Hot, red and swollen. No fever though.. so I might be straight. We'll see how it does tomorrow
Oh hell no. I would almost rather pin a calf then hit that area. Not really, but almost.

There are some different absorption rates, I don't remember the exact figures but I came away feeling they were all pretty close.

I don't have huge bulges all over my body like the 44, but I can pin 3cc np into my delt. I've do 2cc in pecs(1.5upper) and tris. It really depends on compound how much I'm willing to go in certain spots. VG I'll load up anything, I've done up to 4cc there. If I'm doing something like primo, I won't over 2cc in delts or 1cc in pecs, I occasionally get some PIP from primo.

Next time I'd be looking at a little over 2cc in my delt, I think that would be okay.

I just recovered today actually. I had to draw a line around it to see if it was infected and spreading. It was just trauma to the muscle though and subsided this morning.

I wasn't sick with chills or flu symptoms so I figured I was straight, but went to urgent care just in case to get antibiotics. It's good to have antibiotics on hand just in case something happens later I guess. Always better safe then sorry

That's happened the first time or two, but is my favorite place now by far. Knock on wood, but I never have issues there.

The very first time I pinned Prop there and felt so fuckin weird. Holds allot of volume that's for sure.

This is because of blood flow. Shoulders get less blood flow then let's say glutes or quads which effectively increases the half life of your gear when you pin shoulders instead of glutes. You still get 100% of the hormone it's just over a longer period of time which is why their numbers go down...if they pinned delts exclusively over a long period of time it would eventually hit normal levels in theory. So there isn't a big difference if you are blasting or on a cycle. TRT you might notice but me personally I like pinning in the delts I know my gear will last longer and from a TRT standpoint that benefits your health and your pocketbook.

Agree. I'm a big fan of ventroglute injections. They are super easy and painless. It's a pretty non problematic area as well

Did one ml of sust 250 in my quad today. First quad injection. Maybe I got lucky but pretty much 0 PIP.

It'll take a good 24 hours for the pip to set in, but it also goes away pretty quick as well.
Good job man. Definitely one of the easiest spots to pin once you learn the safe areas.

I'll report back. It's been 12 hours and still nada. I followed the method of finger tips to the top of knees cap, roll hand outward, and where the crease of your hand to wrist is at is the pin site. It's slightly tender to the touch, but can't feel it walking. Today was leg day also with no PIP
