Phurious Spring Bulk

I haven't started it yet. I won't be going high on the deca though so it won't take long to stabilize. The EQ should be here this week so I'll start deca and EQ by next week.
I've dropped the dbol back down to 30mg a day though. Doing 7.5mg of aromasin eod currently and only holding about 2-3lbs of water currently.

I CANT WAIT to start the winny on top of the EQ!!!! It's something of wanted to do for years and I expect super dry insane vascularity. Nothing shreds me up better than winny, in fact my avatar is from a winny cycle. Leanest I've ever been.

On serious note, will winny do the same thing to female athletes?

Ok I'll keep in mind and will experiment with dosage in the future. Do u know how much she was taking??

I'm not positive what dosage is best for females but 5-10mg a day would probably be badass. I've gotten good results from as little as 25mg so a female must rock on 10
 
To those curious today's workout was short but heavy. I did one set of dips to warm up tris and chest and then 75lb DB for 20 reps then 120lb DB for 12 slow reps and then 150lb DB for 10 and then repped out a bunch with light cable flyes (I didn't count). That's it. I didn't need anymore although I wished my wrists had been more sturdy for the 150lb set. I could've done quite a bit more weight but 150 is as high as they go at gold's.
Had chicken fried steak with gravy, a loaded baked potato and black beans and toast and a few nachos right after. I should be eating cleaner but I hadn't had a CFS in so long I had to order it lol

Wow! I just saw this pic from 4 years ago exactly. Not sure of my weight here but the size difference is apparent.

Thats awesome you found an old pic. How cool is it comparing then to now? We see ourselves every day so its sometimes hard to look yourself in the mirror and appreciate the hard work. Seeing pictures for direct comparison is very cool. You've made some huge gains dude.

Loving it for sure! I look back and wonder how I thought I looked big at 180-190. I cringe seeing my smaller past self lol. I haven't been over 200 for long but I'm already used to it and could never go back. Not any time soon anyway.
