Dialing in my trt dose attached is my blood work

I got my bloods done on the 4 days after my last pin. Should I continue 150mg a week or lower my trt dose also with 12.5 aromasin e3d. If I lower my dose should I go with aroma 6.25 e3d?

I need to donate blood as my hematocrit is high and RBC

Good numbers for 150 a week. I'd be happy with that.

I agree with donating blood...

So u think I should stick with 150mg?
That's a decision you'll have to make yourself. Technically your above range but I'd be happy with it. You should get more advice and make a decision.

I'm real happy with the results. I'm wondering if a little lower range for trt would be adequate. I'm taking in all advice before I make a decision.

I think your e2 is fine, some people like it a little lower some like it a little higher. 20-30 is often in the area most people seem to like.

I'd drop your test down slightly, maybe 125mg or so. Obviously need to address your hemacrit and rbc, donating blood should clear that up pretty quick.
Thx donating this Sunday

I would not donate blood. 52 hematocrit is perfect in my opinion. If you are doing a lot of cardio then take advantage of the thick blood. If you are too concerned then you can drink a gallon of water a day. It'll lower your hematocrit for sure. Plasma is water and the more water that you take in the lower your hematocrit will go. Theoretically, of course. If you're running gw and Sr then you are likely doing some endurance work. The higher hematocrit will greatly benefit you in that department. In fact, nothing helps endurance more than a high hematocrit.

I am doing a lot of cardio on a cut right now. I can tell the difference with endurance since my last blood work.

I'd be really happy with those levels at 150mg. I'd also donate blood. I did yesterday and hemoglobin was 15.5

Thx bro let me ask you you think I should stay on 150 a week or drop it down ?

The only way to do it is go by how u feel. If u feel good and your numbers are ok then why change it?
