Yes I have ordered with them to Canada, took around 2 weeks to be delivered and was legit. It is not that simple as you have to use Moneygram, western union or bitcoin to pay so it is not as simple as using a credit card. As for why everyone doesn't use them, I don't know it may have something to do with them being overseas and therefor having the possibility of gear being seized, so people sometimes tend to look for more local or domestic sources.
