I know he eats very strict year round, he works as a dancer so always stays in shape, sometime he enter contest 2 week notice, always gets in top 3 usually.
I will call him later to ask more exact but from what i know he eat oatmeal breakfast always with whey protein, through day is mostly always chicken with brown rice, he put some low cal sauce or seasoning on the food, when he train always drink big bottle of water with amino mixed (something like Xtend), he also drink coke zero a lot too.
When i have been out with him he never eat too much, other bodybuilders would order the 1kg steak but he might just have 400g steak, he hardly ever eat desert.
He like take Yohimbine HCI when he wake up on empty stomach, he doesnt do any cardio just stuff around house then after one hour he will eat breakfast.
