I had good success and good product with Pharma Lady. However, during the last 2 weeks, she really has dropped the ball. She won't answer to my emails. I got some var that got stuck at customs. I hope she gets back to me soon.

She hasn't dropped the ball bro... She's backed up from just coming off a 2 week vacation and she's judging an event this week. She has nothing to do with customs. She has a seizure policy laid out clearly on her price list. When you get your letter you show proof and get a free reship.

Just be patient bro... You're right in a way it's not like her but this was the first vacation she took in the 2 years that I've known her. She's overwhelmed right now but I've never heard of her not honoring the letter. You'll be taken care of... I've had a seizure before also but she reshipped. It can be a pain in the butt but it just takes a little bit longer.

Pharma Lady just messaged me today she's back from her trip. I expect her to be caught up on emails by the end of the week.
I had pharma lady reship to me even with out a letter. I just told her that if she gave me a reship and I got both the packages I would pay for the difference and she sent out a reship for me just like that. She is a solid source
