I started a low volume high intensity staying with the full body workout like Rick was saying. I did this at the advice of a bodybuilder locally because I had been doing countless reps and staying in the gym for 3 hours and he felt this might be counter productive since I want size and strength,,so I'll try this awhile and see how it goes. I had mentioned my Test supplement Super T and creatine and was hoping for some opinions on these since not everyone believes in supplements at all,,,Thanks.
