I agree man, you can really find so many different opinions on protocols for IGF or peptides in general. Who knows which one is better than the other? The only true way to tell, is trial and error. I've tried IGF quite a few different ways, all seem to work but pre workout def gives the best pumps.KingWizard said:I'm sure I can put together a little glossary as a general guideline but just like with SARMS there just isn't enough clinical long term research to give absolute accuracy and validity so the majority of it will be from my personal research and opinions but a good starting point nonetheless
LR3 is dosable* subQ or IM. subQ will allow it to circulate more freely to the whole body as opposed to spot injecting. And utilizing it more in the injected muscle.LAfit said:RickRock said:"DylanGemelli" said:you will be doing frequent pinning but at least the pins are cheap and fucking easy with insulin syringes as you already know...
i've personally never used igf but i do know the capabilities and im more than intrigued to see how you respond... i have a feeling your going to be very happy with the results...
Yeh, normally I'm not big on pinning a lot, but with insulin syringes and doing sub-Q it makes it much easier. I honestly can't wait to see how it treats me
You're going to pin your IGF sub q? I've always done it IM.

I think that would be great brother. Even that would help tremendously with you giving your own thoughts and personal insight on peptidesKingWizard said:I'm sure I can put together a little glossary as a general guideline but just like with SARMS there just isn't enough clinical long term research to give absolute accuracy and validity so the majority of it will be from my personal research and opinions but a good starting point nonetheless

Yeah I understand, it really depends how you plan on taking it. I could see doing sub q on days off from the gym, or if your doing it post workout. Personally I would do IM spot injects if it were pre workout. Just my opinion from my use.

If I had enough cash Id do the same. Or maybe even both [SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]LAfit said:JackSteel said:LR3 is dosable* subQ or IM. subQ will allow it to circulate more freely to the whole body as opposed to spot injecting. My belly skin feels like poking through leather now. I can't even feel it most of the time.Olympus said:I do some many sub-q shots it's insane. But insane also rhymes with gainzzzz

Hahaha, I've been on peptides for 3 weeks now, injecting 4 times a day. Before that I've never pinned myself with anything. From the very first sub q pin I couldn't feel a thing. I was so nervous that first time and afterwards I couldn't help but laugh at how easy it was. Now it's like second nature.JackSteel said:My belly skin feels like poking through leather now. T/A was excellent as well as communication, payment process, etc. Pleasantly surprising company to deal with, I must say, after dealing with bullshit from so many others. I have been using peps for the last 2 years and I have experience with almost every type. Since starting real hGH though I have dropped most of my peptide regimen - only using MTII and IGF-1LR3 now. I have been dosing the IGF-1LR3 subQ, 50mcg, 20 mins post w/o every morning. This is in addition to 6iu Seros hGH, pre-workout. I do this everyday of the week; weight days, cardio days, and even days off. I am exactly 8 days into the IGF, 3 months into the hGH. Since I pin the LGF post w/o I do it subQ. There is, and has been for years, an onging debate regarding subQ vs IM spot pinning for IGF-1LR3. I think I've read everything on the web, probably twice, regarding this and all peptide dosing protocols and I haven't seen any concrete or definitive conlcusions to this argument. With the price of IGF-1LR3 having come down so drastically now it's not such a gamble anymore to experiment on our own and see what our research reveals. I've read that IGF-1LR3 is run between 4-6 weeks, so it would be pretty easy to determine efficacy of each delivery method, say 3 weeks subQ (20 mins post w/o) then switch to 3 weeks spot IM pinning (pre w/o, bilaterally, in the muscles being trained that day. Personally, I'm going to stay the course since I'm running this in conjunction with the Seros in a little research of my own. Don't want to skew the baseline I've set at this point! But maybe someone here is curious enough and has the means to compare these 2 protocol,s side by side, and share their findings.
