In a reply click go advanced. Scroll down and you will see manage images. Click that and you will be able to select and image file from there.

Manage attachments sorry. Choose file and then upload the image you would like to post.

Did the image come out small? I used an app on my phone to make an image smaller but when I click on it, it looks pretty big. I'll try the tinypic next time
