Will post a picture later. Started GW last night. I don't think I was prepared for the taste at all. Locked my throat up and struggled to breath for a good 30 seconds and followed into coughing. I'm pretty sure most of it was my fault because I let it hit my entire tongue. Lol will try something different today. Are all of the products this way though? I heard they were strong tasting and unfortunately brushed it off. I'll do better lol.

Yeah they all taste pretty bad. Some worse than others. Dylan once mentioned in his videos that using a chaser was something you could do. I'd recommend that lol

from now on, when dosing, just take them straight down the hatch brotha... its a bit uncomfortable taste wise to start but you get used to it quickly... then all you taste are gainzzzz
This afternoon preworkout it was MUCH better. Shot it to the back. Swallowed and was done. Definitely learned from my first one to not let it touch anything except the stomach lol.
