Hey Dylan first of all thanks for all the time and effort spent on the videos. If only you knew how much it actually helps. I done my first cycle 4 months ago. Didn't do a proper pct. My friend showed me a video of yours and I have subscribed to your channel now and follow all the videos. I'm about to start another cycle. And this time thanks to your videos I have a much better idea on the pct. I managed to get everything apart from aromasin. I'm located in London and would appreciate it if you could help guide me in anyway.

Get blood tests before you do anything so you have a baseline for your test level so that after your PCT you can see where you are at.

hey bro... you need to understand something... you cannot start another cycle until you get bloodwork done from your last... your supposed to do bloodwork, pre cycle, mid cycle and post cycle... if your not in the right ranges, you have to address that first or your going to worsen an already bad problem... you have no clue what your getting yourself into but if you listen, you will be fine... you absolutely need to run a PROPER pct first as well.. if you have not done any pct in 4 months, you should highly consider going for 8 weeks first.. i would highly recommend getting bloodwork asap...
