Pct advises

So the time has come for me to pct. Many questions generally, i need to write them down so i can post them.
Dylan and rest in the forum gave me a pct that i am about to blindly follow. Of course i plan to keep working out as i did,the question is do i keep doing cardio on pct?and when exactly?

My training schedule used to be 45 mins cardio in the morning foodless and work out in the evening 6 days per week.

and what about my diet i am doing 5 meals per day every 3 hours most of them.My carbs include rice/sweet potato/cous cous/oats .About protein are chicken/eggs/whey/rarely beef all meals include 10ml either of olive oil or peanut butter or sesame oil.

For example breakfast would be 120gr oats/ 50gr whey / 10gr peanutbutter after 3 hours would be 200gr boiled rice/180gr chicken fillet/10gr olive oil next meal would be after the work out and could be 120gr oats/2 whole eggs /40gr whey/10gr sesame oil and goes on every 3 hours.

is this diet able to maintain me while i will be off steroids?or should i raise the grammars..

Forgot to mention i am 30 yrs old/1,89cm/around 90 kilos ,i say around because the last 10 days that i stopped doing cardio i noticed that i gained 3 kilos or so.I was 89 kilos now i am 92.
tomorrow i shout my last test prop and from monday i m starting my pct

Thanks in advance

you change nothing on pct, workout same as usual.

As for diet, you need to map out your macros. PCT you run maintenance calories, not deficit, not excess.

You don't really need to overthink anything when you go into pct. just keep doing everything you were doing on cycle, and as far as diet goes just make sure you don't eat at a defecit. You need to make sure you have enough nutrients while recovering.

Your pct should be this

https://www.sarmsx.com/stacks/platinum-pct-stack

Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
MK-2866 25mg ED
GW 20mg ED

I am mostly wondering if i should keep doing cardio foodless in the morning or transfering it in the evening after the work out .
Also about nolva and clomid ,i take them every morning right or do i have to break the doses? i mean like 20 nolva in the morning 20 nolva in the evening
Thanks

Bro do you have any idea how impossible it is to answer your questions? There is no cookie cutter, one size fits all answer. These things depend on your goals & what works for you.

And this statement:

"Dylan and rest in the forum gave me a pct that i am about to blindly follow"

Reeks of attitude. If you have a problem with what you've been told then come up with your own PCT.

Dylan and generally the forum gave me a pct protocol with nolva/clomid/aromasin and sarms thats the one i m about to follow .Never said that i have any problems with that.
The question was simple. If i can continue doing cardio foodless in the morning meanwhile cortisol will be skyhigh.
Funny thing i dont see any reason for you to be so aggressive towards me.

So if Dylan gave you a PCT then how is it "blindly?"

I don't see how fasted cardio would cause cortisol to be elevated.
