Patchy, itchy rash aggrevated by heat while on cycle... arms, abs, legs

So I have this rash for going on about a week since i noticed it, heat aggravates it, it looks like poison ivy to some degree and it finds relief when the air is on freeze mode only. Room temp irritates it, sunlight irritates it, warm water, scratching.... everything except the cold irritates it. Is it the gear? (Deca/Test/Winny cycle) Or is it the Arimidex (anastrozol)? Never had this happen and I'm going to go see the doc.

It s not shingles, not aas related, not poison ivy.Hot water makes poison ivy feel good. Where is the rash? Chest stomach, back? Clusters of bumps?, do they weep?

Doc said it looked like a heat rash since sunlight and sweating, heat bother it. Gotta go pick up the script here shortly. They wanted to give me hydrocortizone er protocol, but that seems to bother it so I asked for an antifungal cream. That seems to help. I had put lotrimen on it before and it calmed down.
No it isn't weeping, only cold water soothes it, hot water gets it to acting up. Rash is on lower bicep, forearms, obliques and back of calves. Very itchy, but a low level irritating itch. Looks a lil like poison ivy, but I haven't been near any.

I often get that when I go off my diet. If you eat a really clean diet without any gluten for an extended period of time and then start drinking anything with heavy cream or dairy or large amounts of bread or pasta it will cause a rash and or breakout. I get this anytime I drink a Starbucks Frap and they put whipped cream on it. I'm itchy all day long until the toxins exit my body.

Picture your metabolism as a hot burning fire with premium wood (cedar) and it's been burning hot for a solid week. Then you decide to throw a tire on the fire. What happens is the tire is instantly evaporated and used as fuel and the fire becomes bigger and brighter and hotter as it attempts to burn off this crappy source of fuel.

Not that it's the actual fact that you're running gear, but I'm assuming that you hit the gym a lot and sweat like no other. If the antifungal brings more relief than the hydrocortisone then it could very well be a fungal infection from the gym. Make sure you are seriously cleaning shit and bring your own towels with you. (Just a thought, obviously without pictures it's hard to diagnose)

One injection of decadron would probably knock it out. Anitfungal is no good if it is not a fungus, and, unless you are prone to jock itch or your gym is dirty you should not have a fungus spread out tlike that. Try rubbing benadry cream and or otc hydrocortisone cream on it. A dermatologist could take one look at it and tell you what it is.

Recently I changed gyms, due to genital herpes outbreak. People with breakouts and thin gym shorts with no underwear can sit on a machine and you come right behind with your flimsy shorts and bam.Now go home and explain that one to wifey. Also this gym had a lot of male and female models who shave every part of their body. Blood from razor cuts on a seat and again bam. Yes honey I caught it off of the toilet seat...I mean gym seat. You have to be careful in gyms

Dayum, graphic and disturbing and eye opening all in one.

Holy crap. It's crazy to think that can actually happen. And I'm almost positive that most wives wouldn't buy the story, if you ended up with it either.

I know...I have been married since I am 22. A guy shows me this rash he thinks is jock itch. It was in the 4 leaf clover pattern and I said bro...hate to tell you that you got that from sex. He said between me and you, I have not had sex in 3 months.
Then the gym outbreak two weeks latter. One after the other getting it.Had a big sign up in the gym."There is a Herpes outbreak here and we are working with the local health dept to contain it" At the same time it gets found out that I am Jake. I was outta there the next day. Told my wife just in case I get it, showed her the pic of the sign.Luckily for me, I spray before I use anything...and completely...everything my skin or body will touch. I started doing that when the flu, jock itch, and athletes foot was going rampant.

Bro, have you seen the pic from when Kevin Randleman had MRSA?!
THAT'S the shit that scares me.

Ya man, MRSA is not good at all. My wife is a nurse and I've heard a lot about it. Its certainly made me more cautious about sterility and hygiene around the gym and elsewhere

See this is where being germ phobic pays off. I spray everything down everytime I switch equipment. MRSA and all the other little bugs out there scare the shit out of me. I will not die as a result of trying to live a healthy life!
Hell I keep a small bottle of hand sanitizer on me at all times. LOL

I did a few years up state when I was younger and stupid MRSA was horrible in there due too close quarters living space and the state not spending money on the correct antibiotics too treat it . seen some really freaky cases of that shit so it scares the hell out me.
