Part introduction/ Part info request

I just recently saw a dietician last week who said I wasn't eating often enough. So I'm working on frequency

Phurious gave you some excellent tips here buddy, and I really think implementing them will help, greatly. I also strongly suggest checking out my diet and nutrition thread for some more help on how to properly construct a good plan

I would also see your doctor and have some more bloodwork done. Check your hormone and estrogen levels, as well as thyroid function.

The sarms can help, you for sure but first you need to get that diet in order

Once you have a great handle on the diet, and get your bloodwork in the clear, here is a great sarms stack that would treat you well

https://www.sarmsx.com/stacks/enhanced-super-stack-12-weeks

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 RAD-140 20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)

PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25

This is a perfect plan for you brother. With a test leveling at 400 at 26yo I find it low, yet no doctor will do anything about it. Their standard for low test is below 200. RAD 140 is the closest thing for test replacement therapy and will be of great benefit for you. You can add an AI if you so wish, just be careful not to crush your estro. Bloodwork, as you mentioned before will give you a better perspective.

Follow the nutrition guidelines Dylan and Phurious provided and keep at it at the gym. Those two elements WILL make a difference in your life. Add SARMS into the mix and prepare to be blown away. If you are committed to a change in your life, give these plans your full attention. I'm sure over time you may be able to look at your AD and say "FUCK YOU! I don't need you no more!"

Best of luck

Thank you for the support, I've been trying to taper off of my ad myself. Effexor is known to be one of the hardest ad meds to come off of so I'm in for a rough road. This drug is known to increase levels of lipids, and I had a large bump between physicals and the doc wanted to just put me on a statin.. Gotta love the wisdom of just adding a pill to counter a side effect of another med. I was also put on remeron to help with sleep, a drug that is used to treat ANOREXIA. that shit made me gain 12 lbs in 6 weeks.
