Ordered Ostarine, it comes in 15mg capsules

Since I’m a female, are there any negative benefits of me taking two of these capsules (30mg) after the initial 2 weeks? Or should I just stick with 1 capsule for the entire 12 weeks (15mg)?

30 mg is more than the max dose for a man so i really wouldnt recommend it

As a female I'd recommend staying with 15mg
